RoHS/ELV Declaration

All products supplied by PMG comply with the substances of the restriction on Hazardous Substance Directive 2011/EU (RoHS2), EU RoHS Directive with Phthalates Amendment 2011/65/EU, 2015/863/EU. These products also comply with the End of Life Vehicles 2000/53/EC (ELV). The RoHs Directive requires certain electrical and electronic products be free (except for trace impurities) of mercury,cadmium,hexavalent  chronimium,PBB,PBDE and lead. Certain exemptions are allowed such as lead used as an alloying additive in copper,steel and aluminium. Finished electrical and electronic products will be CE marked as required by Durective 2011/65/EU (RoHS2). Components may not be CE marked.

REACH Declaration:

We also confirm that our products do not contain any substances of very high concern (SVHC) in a concentration above 0.1% (1000ppm) by weight as per candidate list of the of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

With regards to REACH pre-registration and registration, our position is as follows: According to the description in REACH Article 7(1):

The registration requirement applies to substances in articles for which all the following conditions are met:

The substance is intended to be released during normal and foreseeable conditions of use; and the total amount of the substances present in the articles exceeds one tonne per per producer or importer per year; and the substance has not yet been registered for that specific use.

As the article does not release any substances during normal conditions of use, pre-registration and registration is not required.
