Heatshrink tubing and Braided Sleeving products supplied cut or spooled to almost any length you require at our own in-house manufacturing facility.

Customer requirements are often complex and need additional support. Particularly key to this is a bespoke cutting service.

If you need braided sleeving or a heat shrinkable product and require it cut to length or supplied to specific tolerances then look no further. Our ‘in house’ cutting shop is equipped with a range of specialised cutting machines including:

• Hot knife cutters – for cutting braid and prevent fraying.
• Standard vertical blade cutters – for accurately and clean cutting of heat shrink sleeve
• Tolerance cutters – for tight cut length tolerances, as well as controlled angle of the cut.
• High volume commercial – used for high quantity runs

This cut piece service is available in bags of 100 pieces, 500 pieces and 1,000 pieces as standard. Numbers can be customised if required.
